Account details you give us, such as your name, email address and phone number, and the details of the eSIM plans you buy.
Device and usage information needed to deliver your eSIM, such as your device's eSIM identifier (EID), data usage on our plans and the countries where the eSIM connects.
To deliver and activate your eSIM, process payments and top-ups, show your data balance and provide customer support.
To keep the service secure, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations. We only send marketing emails if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
We share the minimum data needed with the mobile network operators that provide connectivity for your plan, and with payment processors that handle checkout.
We never sell your personal data.
Card payments are handled by PCI-compliant payment providers. QRSim does not store your full card number.
We keep your data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements. Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to staff who need it.
You can access, correct or delete your personal data, and ask us to stop certain processing. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
